I had high hopes for this resort, especially with its impressive villas. However, what I found was a mixed experience. The villas are spacious and lovely for families, but the service is woefully disorganized, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. While the room setup lacked basic amenities, the surroundings are beautiful, and the staff needs better management to match the resort’s potential.
